Christopher R. Sears

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Christopher R. Sears is the founder of NeuroStream Intelligence, in Bellingham. He built the firm to a single standard. The official record, as the agency published it, is placed in the hands of the person who has to decide.

Before the firm, his profession was private security. He formerly held a Top Secret clearance, and the work included protective details in places that required it. He is practiced in human intelligence, in camera and store surveillance, and in detective work: seeing an exposure while it can still be met, and leaving a procedure another person can follow. He knows how a home is secured, and where a camera belongs if the purpose is to watch the approach. Those are the habits of that earlier work. NeuroStream keeps to the published record.

On the open internet he can find nearly anything a person or a company has already made public. He does not supply a fact the source does not contain. A name is copied as it was printed. What the record does not show is said in plain words. He is enrolled in the Associate of Applied Science program in Artificial Intelligence at Maestro College. He holds a 4.0 and runs the company full time. The study is the work itself: orchestration of language models, the parsing of open data, and the design of a secure pipeline, used on the desk.

He runs NeuroStream as an operations function, and he keeps it small enough to answer for. The standard at the desk is the standard he takes home. He does not accept a risk he would not want carried back to the people who share his name. When the firm is established, the ambition is a public one. He means to change how people think about the information they put into the world, and about the harm that can follow, for children and for women, and for men as well.
